Since the end of updates here, I have been up to other things. I have still been somewhat regularly updating Rant Roulette, a blog for my commentary on politics and current events. I have also been updating a blog about my pinball and video gaming adventures (well, primarily), SKQ Record Quest.

I may well be re-starting a current events blog under a new name this fall. I do miss posting event listings and writing up recaps of my experiences. If you look at SKQ Record Quest, maybe the case could be made I never really quit doing the latter, though it’s been mainly pinball tournaments.

I do feel a future events blog needs a new name and a new brand. As much as I did enjoy blogging here during the blog’s heyday, that time was interwoven with some not-so-great moments in my life.

I’m keeping the domain and the archives online for at least the immediate future. I will post here when (and where) my new chapter as a local events blogger begins.
