Snowman Poker League hosts Texas Hold’em poker tournaments in bars, pubs, taverns, etc. throughout Houston and beyond. City-, regional-, and state-level bracelet events (championships) are offered for dedicated players. See the Web site for an up-to-date listing of times and locations. Nightclub Cardio: Doors open 6pm, class runs 6:30-7:30. $8 for advance registration; $10 at door; monthly pass available $6/class. Rich’s, 2401 San Jacinto. The most exciting physical fitness concept I have ever come across! Take a standard aerobics class out of the gym, drop it into a nightclub complete with DJ and light show, and you pretty much have the concept behind Nightclub Cardio.
