I’ve showcased two new ongoing events here; they have also been added to the Ongoing LOVIEE.

As far as where I stand with this blog: I know I’m getting at least a few hits; what I don’t know is how many of you are actually going to the events I have featured here. I will be looking into ways to make it easier than filling out a feedback form, and I regret that’s all I have for now. By all means, any kind of feedback is appreciated: if I’m doing a great job, if I’m doing a lousy job, if you like me, if you hate me, if you’re a single unattached female and you want to go out on a date with me… you get the idea.

Also, if and when asked where you heard about an event, please mention this site if it’s an event listed here. (Subject to the constraints of the question, of course. If specifically asked where you first heard about something, don’t say it was here if you first saw a billboard or TV ad.)

This week’s featured organization is Aurora Picture Show, a non-profit micro-cinema presenting artist-made, non-commercial film and video. Morgan Thorson’s Heaven at DiverseWorks, 1117 East Freeway. 8pm, tickets available online and are priced “pay what you want.” From the Web site description: “Heaven works to create sublime revelations for all–audience members, dancers, believers, non-believers, dance enthusiasts, and music lovers.” (Normally I do not copy verbatim from source listings but this was extremely difficult to paraphrase/summarize.) 09-M10-1
